Before you can plan a pathway forward, you need to know where you are, where you are going and what the road blocks are that may prevent you from getting there.
A big part of working with me is ongoing analysis and learning where we are. We continuously analyse what's happening as a result of our work, learn from the feedback, or data, and modify as necessary.
Rather than panicking and making rapid, impulsive changes in response to unknown forces, aka shotgun approach. we take a considered long term approach: analyse, learn, modify and iterate.
Think of me as your sounding board, your mentor, your guide and your support.
Plan and Implement
In response to analysis and feedback, we begin a continuous process of planning and implementing changes. This is a considered approach to constant improvement of results from our online marketing efforts.
A website in my view is never really finished. There are always changes being made, content being added in line with the changes in your business and the results you are targeting.
Rinse and Repeat
It may not sound as sexy as "we'll get you to number 1 in Google", but a rinse and repeat process of constant analysis, change, analysis, change... is a long term process that you can have control over.
Continuous iteration in response to your needs, the needs of your customers, and the input from analysis is my approach because it's one that I know works and doesn't rely on black hat techniques or dodgy tactics that can leave you suddenly removed form the index with no hope of return.
Management and Support
In addition to working on building your business I am there to support you and your online presence. This means I not only act as part of your team with all of the above, but manage all the little details that come with an online presence that distract you from doing what you do best - your business!
