After decades of building and fixing websites, the pattern I see most often isn't a bad design — it's design that was never built around a goal.
It shows up in predictable ways: a theme that dictates the layout instead of supporting it; content written for the business owner rather than the visitor; a build team more focused on delivery than outcomes. Sometimes nobody ever clearly defined what "success" actually looks like.
The result? A site that looks fine but quietly fails to convert, engage, or rank.
Design should serve the result — not the other way around. The tail should never wag the dog.
Find The Solution
We start with a thorough review of your site: what's working, what isn't, and why. Then we get on a Zoom call to walk through the findings and map out a clear path forward.
Sometimes the fixes are straightforward — move this, cut that, rewrite this section. Other times, the right solution depends on how the site is built at its core.
That's why I always recommend the deep-dive analysis first. A brand new design built on the same flawed foundation will produce the same results — just with a fresher coat of paint.
Implement The Fix
Once we've defined the problem and agreed on a solution, we talk about how to action it. That might be you, your existing web team, or — where it makes sense — I can step in and handle it directly.
